- Health status (including lab results)

- Support and guide clients to their goals
Most clients typically seek trainers for weight loss or body toning, but in reality, 90% of success in these areas depends on nutrition and the client’s overall state.
The same goes for motivation. If someone has low energy levels, lacks strength, or is in a low mood with poor quality of life, they won’t have the resources to improve their diet and achieve their goals. Therefore, the primary focus should be on restoring the client's overall well-being
